Giving feedback that inspires is one of the most powerful skills a leader can master.

Yet, many find it difficult to give feedback without sounding critical - or to receive it without becoming defensive.

The F.L.O.W. Feedback Framework makes feedback practical and constructive. By learning how to Foster trust, Listen with empathy, Overcome barriers, and Work toward growth, leaders will gain the confidence to turn everyday conversations and formal reviews into opportunities for collaboration, accountability, and performance improvement.

This workshop equips participants with proven tools to make feedback part of a positive, growth-driven team culture.
